Highlights of HOA meeting on Tuesday, February 7.

  • The Treasurer reviewed our current fiscal standing, which is very good with a nice surplus.
  • A new set of officers was elected—names available in the Your Board section.
  • The new Board will meet soon to consider options to repair or replace the pond pump.
  • Updates on the front end of the subdivision were provided. Those will be covered extensively in the minutes.
  • A strong recommendation was made to amend the Covenants to require more oversight on any expenditure which exceeds a certain limit.  The new Board will be considering such an amendment.
